Pavel Hlavnička CEO and CTO
Pavel is one of the founders of Ginger Alliance and acts as the Chief Solutions architect for Ginger Alliance Products and Services.
Pavel is responsible for the technical design and integration of products and solutions. Pavel is also responsible for the identification of new emerging technologies and evaluation of new aspect with relation to the real-world solutions and integration processes. His main challenge is how to bring legacy and most recent systems to work together in the framework of new technological requirements.
Michael Kirsch CMO
Prior to joining Ginger Alliance, Michael was the CTO for Whoosh Group Ltd (Recently acquired by YooMedia PLC). He was responsible for creating mobile advertising and sales services with TV / media interactivity for clients like the BBC, Celador and CarltonTV.
Previous roles include Senior Sales Engineer for Wysdom Inc with responsibility for EMEA Technical pre/post sales and senior Project Manager, Mobile Data Services at Mobilcom Multimedia GmbH with responsibility for UMTS services, strategy and partnerships.
Michael is responsible for strategy, marketing, product management, partnerships and business development of Ginger Alliance and its sister companies.
Petr Cimprich COO
Petr is one of the founders of Ginger Alliance and was involved in all aspects of building and developing the company since 1999. Today his sphere of responsibilities includes general management of company's operations.
Petr is also responsible for the operations of the managed service and delivery of solutions and services to customers, which includes project management, technical integration to customer infrastructure, and on-going Service Level Agreements and customer support.
Petr holds a PhD in Physics from Charles University in Prague.
Pavel Štorek CFO
Pavel is one of the founders of Ginger Alliance and was responsible for raising the initial funding for the company. Pavel is a serial entrepreneur with a wide ranging experience in setting up successful companies in both manufacturing and high tech. Examples include MMS Technologies s.r.o, Urseta s.r.o; Calumite s.r.o and Celadon Group.
Pavel holds a Masters in Mathematics and solid state Physics.
Pavel is responsible for the financial management of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, M&A analysis, and third-party settlements.
